Charles Hendrix

Charles Hendrix is a 1991 Graduate of the University of Georgia with a degree in Agricultural Economics. Over 20 years of experience acting as principal in Real Estate Investment focusing on Rural Farm Land, Timber Tracts, and Recreational Properties. Member of the Greene County / Morgan County Land Owners Association, Member of the Quality Deer Management Association, Master Tree Farmer Designation from Clemson University, Served 6 year term on the Morgan County Tax Assessors Board. Charles is actively involved in Land/Wildlife Management on personal property that has been recognized for both, Big Game Management Farm of the year by Progressive Farmer and Outstanding Tree Farm by the Georgia Forestry Commission.

Jennifer Hendrix has owned and operated one of the leading design firms in the Lake Country Area for 14 years. This experience has been instrumental in helping her build one of the top real estate teams in our market area. Her clients, both buyers and sellers, have benefited from her ability to stage homes that will sell and overcome obstacles for buyers through sensible interior design solutions. Jennifer has lived in the Lake Oconee and Madison Area for over twenty years and knows the market and area well. She is the wife of Charles Hendrix, also on the team. Together, they have three boys. Jennifer is from Metter & Dublin, GA and grew up playing sports and being involved in various clubs. Her hobbies include spending time with her family, playing league tennis, and antiquing.
